I suck

I am just feeling like a total loser as of late. I am having serious female issues and I feel like crap all of the time. I need to find a good doctor...but I hate going! I guess I am nervous about a new office. In Memphis, I had the same doctor for 10 years. He knew my history. I don't want to start over again.
I have been a slacker in the exercise area. I started bleeding the day of the 5k in April, and haven't stopped. I don;t feel like exercising.
But, tonight I said ' I don't care how exhausted I am....I am going!"
I took my " New" bike and rode it to the trail, and then made it nearly to Bridal Veil Falls before I was overcome with cramps.
I figure I rode about 5 miles or so. I will try it again tomorrow.
So, I am going to try and do this. I know realistically I will not make my own personal goal by next month, but I am determined to be there by my 34th birthday in August.

I'm not going to let my body betray me again. Mind over body. Repeat. Mind over body.

(((HUGS))) Christi, because I know how poopy you have been feeling with your health stuff! I'm glad you decided to go out and do something, I bet it will help a little to make you feel better and girl, like in my dream, I'm going to kick your butt if you don't get to the doctor! You can for SURE make your goals! Mind over body!

Oh, Christi I am so sorry you have been having such a hard time. I hope that things start looking up for you. Keep trying. You have to see a DOCTOR. If you exercise while you are still having these issues you can cause worse problems. Please go see a Dr. Melissa'a Dr is great! He was mine the whole time I lived out there.

Don't get discouraged.
Female troubles suck. But don't let it keep you from exercising. The more you don't want to, the more you probably should get out there and be active.
Try walking. Even just walking makes a huge difference in how I feel.
If you rode your bike UPHILL 5 miles to Bridal Veil I am really impressed.

Yes they indeed suck, and how much do they have to suck before you decide to take care of you? You deserve to feel good! I pray that the doc on Monday will find the problem and help you. You are doing so good though, biking is awesome and with a "new" bike and now kid trailor, riding has just become easier and funner! If anything, just bike and walk until you can do something else. I still think you are kicking butt girl!!
