
I was able to do 3.1 miles......5k in 42 minutes 13 seconds! I did it on a 2-2.5o incline. I varied between 4.1 to 5.5 MPH...So a brisk walk, steady jog. I figure if I push it a little more each time, I can get that time down, and get my speed up. I have 29 workout days until the 5k.

Awesome Christi! I have yet to run or jog on an incline. I've tried walking and that stinks. You'll for sure do great each time you try it!
