Good Morning.

******* I weighed in today..one week later. I am down 3.4 pounds!*******


I was able to go to the gym last night. I just did some upper body exercises, worked my inner thighs and then sat in the hot tub and sauna. It felt good! I still feel like I am not making the progress I want without any cardio. I did something stupid last night though. I got on the scale at the gym. BAD IDEA! I was fully clothed, never weighed on that machine before, and it was night. Needless to say the numbers were WAY up there, and it really discouraged me. I am a recovering scale addict..LOL, so it's hard not to get on one when I see it! Is there a support group out there...hehehehehehehehe

Breakfast: 1 cup shredded wheat ( Or hay:) 1/2 cup 1% milk.
Lunch: Ham Subway Sandwich, Baked Lays, Diet Coke.
Dinner: Naked Turkey Burger over green salad.
Snack:

Christi, you are doing AWESOME just going to the gym and darn that scale...you need help ;) and with your clothes on?! what were you thinking LOL!

Not sure about the support groups out there for scale addicts...I am one myself!! LOL I try and say off of it, but it hard too, you want to see results. You will, keep it up, you can do it Chritsi!!! :) YAY for the HAY!! :) hehe

Sometimes I really hate the scale.It is amazing how you can be feeling so good about yourself, then you step on the scale and there goes all of your self esteem. You are doing great though. Good job on lifting weights. The hot tub and sauna are always a great idea. It is important to have relaxation time when you have kids.
