First Day!

Whoot! It's Monday. Here we go ladies......let's get this party started!
I am bascially going to be doing a mini weight watchers....just journaling everything I eat, and not even counting the points. I know the approximate number range of * Most* foods, so I should be good! I will be going to the gym this evening when my Dh get's home. He is starting this with me! Cool!
Hopefully, by the end of the day, I won't be feeling like cookie monster: LOL!



Breakfast: 8 oz Protein shake.

Snack: Missed it!

Lunch: Heathy Choice dinner.

Snack: Sugar free jello with lite whipped topping.

Dinner: 1 cup Healthy Choice soup and one cornbread muffin with pat of margarine.

Snack: Low fat ice-cream ( Smart Ones)
