Hola Chica's

Saturdays are my hardest days. My hubby is home, and we usually eat out.


Breakfast: Chocolate Slim Fast shake

Lunch: Half Peanut butter sandwich with all fruit spread on wheat bread

Hola Christi! You can do it! Eat out or not, you can find healthy things! Check out Dotti's weight loss zone (the links on my blog) and she gives you all the restaurants and the point values. (which, you aren't doing WW's, but you can get the idea by looking at that). I'm pretty sure it gives you the Cal and fat too.

You can do it. We eat out on the weekends usually too.

I tend to go online and look up the resteraunts in the area for their nutritional guide or ask for one when I go in. By law they are supposed to have one. But your hubby and family know you are doing this they should understand if you vetto the bad resteraunts. Good luck!
